I have attached two photos, one was before and the other is after. Im not happy though with the second one, i would like to make a photo look like the third one i attached. I want it to look old fashioned and painted at the same time. Like an old tin sign or something. I have the newest photoshop. any help??

One of those "should have bought it when I saw it" moments…I saw a tin sign painted up like a rustic old wooden sign at Lake Tahoe and want to know where I can buy one on-line.
They have similar style at the Hyatt in Incline Village (Down in the Lower Lobby).
Thoughts?
