So my grandma made this recipe that she called Apple Coffe Cake. When we looked for the recipe in the house, there was no sign of it. Only a note card that had a general outline. It is written as follows

Dough- rolled out thin-
Egg-milk- painted on
Apples-
sour cream+water/mlik
cinn+sugar.

It has an almost jelly like tecture and it is smooth without bits of apples. It is in a pie tin. It can be cut like a pie and it will hold its shape. Please, any ideas or anything kind of like it? Thank you very much.
