Coffee Tins

Thanksgiving songs, etc (subject to the native language)?!?
I am looking for ideas for activities for Thanksgiving my class K. I think I'll give you some Indian bands and patterns of use and various forms. I'll do that make Indian drums (coffee cans covered with construction paper). I am looking for some songs that we would be able to adapt in some way a drum beat like .. HELP! Thanks?
Imprint imprint turkeys I /. Painting their hands all they want color, use them as feathers. Use foot (painted brown) and toes (four orange painted. 1brown) for the body and feet. Glue the eyes Google, beak and waddle. Also I have the color of corn (with food coloring and water) and let the kids draw pictures fine with that. We have also the headbands, but sometimes make a turkey head on the front with tufts of feathers on the top of Turkey. Very nice! My favorite song with the children: I a small turkey, thick and short. Here are my feathers, here is my hat. Gobble, swallow, swallow, that's what I say. Quick! Run! It is the Day Thanksgiving! You can use a single drum with him … Enjoy! Hollee licensed care provider / preschool teacher
